Direction of use:

  1. Add 1/4 tsp (1.5gm) to 150 ml of water
  2. Add jaggery, fresh mint leaves & lemongrass (optional), and boil the mixture for 2 minutes
  3. Off the stove, Cover the vessel & let it be for 2 minutes
  4. Strain it then add 1/2 tsp  lime juice
  5. You can also add honey instead of jaggery (optional)

Best time to take: Morning with breakfast, evening with snacks, or before going to bed 

Note: You can consume any time of the day in both versions hot or cold.

How to store: Store in an air-tight container.
