Ingredients: Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Cardamon, Clove, Dry Ginger Powder

Direction of use:
- Add 1/4 tsp (1.5gm) to 150 ml of water
- Add jaggery, fresh mint leaves & lemongrass (optional), and boil the mixture for 2 minutes
- Off the stove, Cover the vessel & let it be for 2 minutes
- Strain it then add 1/2 tsp lime juice
- You can also add honey instead of jaggery (optional)
Best time to take: Morning with breakfast, evening with snacks, or before going to bed
Note: You can consume any time of the day in both versions hot or cold.
How to store: Store in an air-tight container.
